2. Consultation & Assessment
During your initial appointment, clinicians will conduct a thorough assessment of your mental health and substance use history. This evaluation informs the development of a personalized treatment plan, which may include therapy, medication management, or referrals to specialized services.
Whether you’re at home, at work, or on the go, secure video appointments make it easy to stay on track with your care. Get medication refills, assessments, and follow-ups on your time, from wherever you are.
Every person’s journey is different. Our patients have found stability, strength, and new hope through personalized medication support and a team that truly cares.
How It Works & What to Expect
We welcome patients with Medicaid, commercial insurance plans, and those without insurance. If you’re uninsured, we’ll work with you to create a payment plan that fits your situation—because access to care shouldn’t depend on coverage.
Therapy is a often a recommended part of treatment for patients receiving medication-assisted treatment (MAT). While we don’t provide therapy, we’ll help you connect with a trusted therapist in your area or through telehealth. If you already have a therapist, we’re happy to coordinate care so everything works together to support your recovery.
Most new patients are scheduled within a few days, and same-week or even same-day evaluations are often available. We’ll do our best to get you in quickly and comfortably.
